Can I consult without drawings?
Yes. We can work from a physical sample, photograph, or sketch. Through reverse engineering, we can manufacture without drawings. We have completed more than 10 such projects every year.
What is the minimum quantity for a prototype?
We start from a single piece. Prototypes have been delivered in as little as 3 days. We also support phased ramp-ups from small lots to mass production.
Can you handle products with embedded software (e.g., IoT devices)?
Yes. We can technically handle everything from firmware adjustments to app integration. We also manage specification alignment with overseas ODM manufacturers on your behalf.
How far does your quality management extend?
At our Japan facility, we conduct 100% in-process and pre-shipment inspections. At our overseas facility, we have established a QC framework aligned with headquarters standards, with unified inspection criteria and acceptance rules. Our defect rate is 0.02%.
Can I commission design work too?
We do not take on design work itself, but we can provide technical advice at the design stage — DFM (design for manufacturability) proposals, material selection, and process optimization.
